Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Aaron Chen
Hi! My name is Aaron Chen. I am the Chief Executive Officer, also serving dual responsibility as the Chief Financial Officer. I lead the team in creating and executing our vision in accordance with our mission statement and objectives. Forever At Home is an inspiration to me, an inspiration that allows me to use my emotions in rooting for the underdogs to fuel my work in serving my community. There is no other comparison when you are around rescued animals, imagining their life journey and wanting them to understand and trust all good things can only come now. I honor this trust. With this trust, it is my mission to lead the team for a better world. A better world to lead the transformation of the animal world, one human at a time. I am so excited to lead a team of such enthusiastic individuals and am deeply proud of the team’s commitment and dedication.

Chief Executive Officer & Chief Marketing Officer
Denny Huang
Hi! My name is Denny Huang. I serve as both the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer. I lead our team towards achieving our mission and work closely with them to align our marketing objectives for greater outreach and impact. Forever At Home serves as the gateway to express my deep admiration and passion to all these animals who deserve our support and love. While growing up, I have always wanted to rescue a dog, but I wasn’t able to give a rescue animal the life they deserve due to my Mom’s allergy to dog fur. Through Forever At Home, I want to ensure each animal’s voice is heard and each gets the lives and treatment they deserve. I am so excited and grateful to be able to lead a passionate and dedicated team to reach our goals.

Vice Executive Officer of Queens & Chief Communications officer
Kelly Wong
Hello everyone! I’m Kelly Wong, Forever at Home’s Vice Executive Officer of Queens and Chief Communications Officer. As this nonprofit grows, I have grown dedicated to spreading the cause from Long Island to Queens in order to expand. I currently maintain a smaller team specifically in the Queens, communicate with all the team members, manage the Instagram account, produce monthly writings and research of dogs and cats for educational purposes, and assist with fundraising within the Queens borough. Essentially, I act as a middle man between the two communities. At first, I was not entirely fond of animals or pets. However, my initial mindset changed. For the past four years, I have owned and loved a pet rabbit of my own. Forever at Home has not only taught me responsibility towards animals in need but also allowed me to practice empathy and kindness. With this position, I hope to learn more about the animal world and myself, and I’m excited to see the growth that this nonprofit will experience.

Co-CEO Assistant & Media Manager of Queens
Rita Zhu
Hi, I’m Rita Zhu! This is my first year working with Forever at Home, and I’m the Co-CEO Assistant and Media Manager of Queens. I’ll be responsible for managing Forever at Home’s Instagram account. I’ve always loved animals ever since I was a little kid (especially cats and birds!) and want to spend my time helping them in any way I can, which is why I joined FAH. I find the influx of pets extremely saddening–there are almost 6 million pets entering US shelters each year, and not enough people adopting them. Through FAH’s Instagram page, I hope to bring more attention to animal shelters and help with the adoption of more pets into loving families, helping them be “forever at home”.

President of Web Design
Jiho Park
Hi! My name is Jiho Park, and I am the President of Web Design for Forever At Home. In this role, I oversee all aspects of our website to ensure that it is always up to date, visually appealing, and a true reflection of our mission to help rescue animals find their forever home. I carefully review and approve all website content, from updating sponsored animals and promoting fundraising events to sharing educational resources! I also collaborate with the President of Graphics of Visuals to make sure our site is not only informative but also visually appealing. In addition, I manage regular digital postings, including bi-weekly fun facts and monthly research articles, to help educate our community and spread awareness about animal adoption. Being part of Forever At Home allows me to combine my love for technology and animals, and I am proud to use my skills to make a positive difference.

Head of Fundraising
Chloe Ng
Hi! I am Chloe Ng, and I am the Head of Fundraising. I reach out to local businesses and organize fundraisers that go towards vaccinations for the animals at shelters. Along with that, I also work with the Head of Education to hold educational sessions at public libraries. These sessions spread awareness to young kids about the importance of adopting rescues and all animals alike at shelters. As the Senior Patrol Leader of the Boy Scouts Troop in Syosset, I also coordinate between the organizations to hold fundraisers as well as donation events. Donated items such as toys, books, treats and clothes provide animals with money for more sponsorship. As I learn more about the animals trapped in shelters, my sadness for them grows. The sweetness and pureness of all animals are slowly drained away. Through Forever At Home, we can help revitalize pets and restore their liveliness. I hope that one day all pets will be able to find their home, one where they are deeply appreciated and cherished.

Head of Fundraising
Noah Stern
Hi! My name is Noah Stern and I am the Head of Fundraising at Forever at Home. My job on this team is to locate, call, and schedule events for Forever at Home. My goal is to reach a broader audience for our organization and help increase our reach in NY. I have owned a dog for about 4 years and these have been the best 4 years of my life. I couldn’t imagine my dog roaming around the streets, looking for shelter or food. This is the exact reason why I joined Forever at Home. I want to do my part in ending this cycle and giving all animals a home. I want to protect and help these lost and scared animals, as well as raise awareness for their struggles.

Head of Graphic Visuals
Ivy Gao
Haii~! My name is Xinyan, but I go by Ivy. I am the Head of Graphic Visuals, responsible for making posters, social media posts, flyers about animal adoption, upcoming events, and information about our team and cause in general. Ever since I was young, I have had a deep compassion for animals, not just for their cute faces and lovable natures, but for what they represented – innocence and purity. I have been deeply fascinated by them, so I continuously created art related to animals over time to express my deep interest in them. In addition, starting in 4th grade, I have been rescuing animals – mainly birds – on my own after calling several wildlife rescues to no avail, all because they are “common”. I believe all animals are created equal, and every single one of them deserves a chance, no matter what breed or species they are. Pets deserve the best lives they can get. This is the reason why I am very excited to be a part of the Forever At Home team to do my part in rescuing and providing animals with a forever home, impacting the world with something positive. I have 2 rescue dogs named Midnight and Elemy, who are twin sisters that are 5 years old, and some of my hobbies are (not surprisingly) art, piano, reading, and BJJ.

Head of Education
Nick Destefano
Hello, My name is Nick DeStefano. I am, Head Of Education. My responsibilities inside of this organization is helping my fellow members find new places to educate others about adopting animals for them to find their forever home. Since a young age, I have always spent time with many animals, growing with 5 dogs, and visiting all of my family members with different animals as well, all of which have been adopted. This has sprouted my love for animals, and my want to help them find their forever place. Growing up with a Mother who always cared about adopting, and taught me the values of caring for animals, especially ones in need, I learned many valuable lessons about caring for animals. I value being apart of this organization to help lead the world into a better future where animals could be rescued and be safe with the resources needed to survive. With my role, I hope to inspire more people to adopt dogs, rather than shop. I am very grateful to be apart of this organization because it really means a lot to me to be able to make a difference inside of the world. I believe that with enough support and dedication, this team will be able to make an impact on the world and help more animals get the support they need.
